We stand behind our products 100% and if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it for a 100% refund. Typically, qualifying returns should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your return is due to product damage or failure from honest use, we’ll gladly replace it at no charge or refund the original purchase price. We always inspect any damaged product or failure to look for excessive abuse, neglect or other signs of improper product use.

ISSUING RETURNS
To complete your return, just contact us by email customers@overlandequipped.com and we’ll promptly issue you a return authorization and a shipping label so you may return your item. Once we receive your item we’ll notify you via email.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue the refund ASAP.
RETURN SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and generally allow up to two weeks to process your return.
